These terms apply to purchases from Pounce Alerts TCG, operated by Pounce Alerts (ABN 69 474 045 566), Sydney, NSW, Australia ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. They don't apply to the separate Pounce Alerts Marketplace Alerts service, which has its own terms.
Products and availability
We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but packaging can vary between print runs. Product availability shown on the site can change at any time. Listing a product, including an upcoming release, doesn't guarantee we will have stock.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email after payment. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if an order exceeds a per-customer limit we've set for a product.
Pre-orders
Release dates for upcoming products are set by publishers and distributors and may change. Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they're received, subject to the stock allocated to us. If we can't fill a pre-order, we'll refund it in full. You can cancel a pre-order before dispatch; see our Returns & Refunds policy.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We don't store your full card details.
Shipping and risk
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing it, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the price you paid.
Trademarks
Product and set names are used only to identify the products we sell. Pokémon and One Piece are trademarks of their respective owners. Pounce Alerts is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by those owners.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
